PROJECT BACKGROUND
Established in 1981, Preston Board & Packaging Ltd have grown over the years and now manufactures in excess of 20,000 tonnes of board per annum. Operating tow modern, 2 metre wide, 4-ply laminators and have the ability to offer a diverse range of products from premium packaging for luxury goods and high-end graphical applications to industrial uses such as bedding board, cable end disks and transits sheets used within the logistic industry.
PROBLEM AND REQUIREMENTS
Preston Board & Packaging have been a loyal and valued customer since 2014. A longstanding user of the Kelio Time and Attendance System, the client recently upgraded to the latest version of Kelio Time and Attendance software, to ensure improved performance and optimised user experience. The system is mainly used for the monitoring of clocking in & clocking out functionality along with management of employee absences and holiday leave.

SOLUTION
Taking into consideration the client’s requirements, the Kelio Time and Attendance Software was installed, along with a Kelio Proximity Terminal, whereby employees use HID Fobs to clock in and clock out. The system has also been extended to include Door Access Control System, using Net2 Access Control software.
