PROBLEM AND REQUIREMENTS
When initially searching for a Tie and Attendance System, the client’s main focus was to find a Time and Attendance solution that could support multi-site functionality. This was a key requirement to ensure the system could efficiently streamline the collection of rotas and timesheets from each location, enabling a faster and more efficient process. It was also essential that the software could manage all types of schedules including weekly or annualised working time schedules and/or variable working time.

SOLUTION
To meet the clients requirements, a Kelio SaaS (Software as a Service) Time and Attendance system was implemented. This system enhances accessibility, allowing users to easily access the software from anywhere, at any time. Additionally, facial recognition devices were installed for clocking in and clocking out, streamlining attendance tracking.
