At Controlled Solutions Group we required a system that would provide a faultless assurance for staff booking on and off shift. We can provide nearly 1000 staff for large sporting events such as Old Trafford Cricket, Manchester Utd FC and Silverstone Grand Prix, executive brands that expect excellence. For our clients it is essential they have complete assurance who works at their venues are the actual person sat behind all the qualifications and experience. We looked at various systems and applications which would enable us to “stand out from the crowd”, the facial recognition at Auto Time Systems provided a system which was cutting edge, cost effective and reliable. I also wanted a system which we could deploy to large events such as the Silverstone Grand Prix in a remote location but could still provide perfect due diligence – Auto Time Systems delivered this. We have found having this technology in our arsenal has given us the advantage over our competitors. The service and bespoke delivery we received from the Auto Time Systems was excellent, they held our hand through embedding the software. It is so slick to upload staff onto the system, the hardware is reliable and robust, our staff love it!
